Brazil Cerrado

from £7.95

Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world with diverse ranges of coffee grown on small holder farms and vast estates. Although it lacks altitude normally considered crucial for the best Arabica coffee flavours, Brazil has worked hard to promote itself as a sustainable producer with certified coffees. The typical flavours of Brazil's commercial coffee is nutty, caramel with creamy body, but new techniques are being developed, with a new found sweetness, citrus and acidity. Catuai is a dwarf varietal created by IAC in Brazil.
