Colombian Inza
Inzá is a mystical region within the central Andean mountain range, located 91 km from the capital of the department of Cauca. It's part of the Tierradentro National Park and is one of the three most important archaeological sites in Colombia. The smallholders here grow coffee and deliver it to a local collector, who dries the beans and delivers them to the milling facility in Popayan for grading and quality control. The harvesting season is more in line with Huila coffee season and some farms are finding a small harvest is available nearly all year round.
